The Cabinet has finally approved the legislative decree implementing the Law Brunetta Reform of Public Administration (Law No. 15 of March 4, 2009) .

The decree, even with changes in the intervening Leg. 165/01 , involving all the government with the intention to act essentially on:

6) Penalties and disciplinary proceedings
As for the rules of discipline, the decree shall determine, first, a simplification of procedures and increasing their capabilities, especially through the extension of powers of the executive structure in which the employee works, the reduction and peremptory terms, the strengthening of the investigation, the abolition of the arbitration appeal and the prediction of pre-publication of the disciplinary code on the electronic site of administration.
