As I'm sure you know the social security amendment to Decree-Law No 78/2010, provides un'innalzamento requirements for retirement pensions and seniority from 1 January 2016, while for civil servants is confirmed the requirement of 65 years for retirement pension from 2012. This amendment was also submitted July 2, 2010 if any of you may have heard news from several other union representatives, that gave the already existing and already approved by mid-June 2010 citing as the sun 24 hours.
